1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and e28bdt ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the e28bdt online gaming platform accessible at https://e28bdt.club and any related mobile or web-based interfaces (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game or feature on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register an account on e28bdt, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are registering a personal account in your own name and for your own use only. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You have not previously had an account on e28bdt that was closed, suspended, or terminated by the Company for any breach of these Terms.
• You are not prohibited from using online gaming platforms under any applicable law in your jurisdiction.
• The funds you deposit are not derived from criminal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity of any kind.

Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the e28bdt platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in all such accounts being closed and any associated balances being forfeited.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your e28bdt account. You must take all reasonable steps to keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes — confidential and secure. You must not share your credentials with any other person, allow any other person to access your account, or use another player's account under any circumstances.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify e28bdt support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. e28bdt will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where you have failed to notify us promptly.

You are responsible for ensuring that all bets placed, games played, and transactions conducted through your account are authorised by you. e28bdt reserves the right to treat all activity carried out through a logged-in account as authorised by the registered account holder.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on the e28bdt platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). e28bdt supports a range of locally trusted payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳1,000 for bank transfers. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your e28bdt wallet within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 30 minutes. e28bdt reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit before crediting funds to your account.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are available only to KYC-verified account holders. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are typically processed within two (2) hours. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, and only to an account registered in the name of the e28bdt account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal limits: e28bdt may apply daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits at its discretion. Players who are subject to responsible gaming deposit limits may also have withdrawal amounts constrained accordingly until any applicable cooling-off or self-exclusion period has elapsed.

• e28bdt does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Funds in your e28bdt account do not accrue interest.
• Dormant accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity maintenance fee of ৳200 per month, deducted from the account balance. You will be notified by email before any such fee is applied.
• e28bdt reserves the right to delay, hold, or reverse any withdrawal pending the outcome of a fraud, security, or KYC investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

e28bdt offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonus packages up to ৳20,000, reload bonuses, seasonal offers for Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, BPL, and IPL seasons, and referral incentives. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all e28bdt promotions:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual offer terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are listed in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and any associated free spins expire 30 days after being credited to your account. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• One bonus per household: e28bdt welcome bonuses are limited to one per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same welcome bonus multiple times using different accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• Withdrawal before wagering: Requesting a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement will result in any active bonus and associated bonus winnings being forfeited. The cash balance (original deposit amount, less any cash bets placed) will remain withdrawable.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on the e28bdt platform are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market. In the event of a conflict between general betting rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence. Cricket betting rules — including settlement procedures for rain-affected matches, DLS method applications, and abandoned fixtures — are governed by the individual market rules displayed at the time the bet is placed.

All casino game outcomes on the e28bdt platform are determined by the certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) of our game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe). e28bdt does not modify, interfere with, or influence game outcomes in any way. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published by each game provider and are available on request.

• Bets placed after a sporting event has commenced (in-play bets) are accepted at e28bdt's discretion and at the odds displayed at the moment the bet is registered by our system. Late bets accepted after the relevant event has already been decided will be voided.
• e28bdt reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of an obvious pricing error, technical malfunction, or manifest error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to your account balance.
• Maximum bet limits per event, per market, and per day may be applied at e28bdt's discretion. Players who are identified as consistently exploiting pricing inefficiencies may have their maximum stake limits adjusted.
• Winnings from voided bets are not payable. The decision to void a bet rests solely with e28bdt and is final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the e28bdt platform:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any coordinated strategy designed to exploit promotional offers or guarantee a risk-free profit at e28bdt's expense.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from criminal or unlawful activity.
• Attempting to access another player's account or any restricted area of the Platform without authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory toward e28bdt staff or other players.

8 KYC & Identity Verification

e28bdt operates a structured Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed, and may also be required at deposit or at any point during your use of the Platform where e28bdt deems verification necessary for security or compliance purposes.

To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, bank, or card account used to deposit funds into your e28bdt account.

e28bdt will process KYC documents within one (1) business day in most cases. You will be notified by email or live chat of the outcome. If your documents are rejected, you will be informed of the reason and given the opportunity to resubmit. During the period that your KYC verification is pending, withdrawals will be held. Deposits and gameplay may continue subject to e28bdt's discretion.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any e28bdt content without prior written consent.
• Use any e28bdt trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on e28bdt content or software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's software or technology.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, e28bdt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

e28bdt's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your e28bdt account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

e28bdt does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows or events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or government-directed outages).

12 Privacy & Data Protection

e28bdt collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We use your personal data for purposes including account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where you have opted in — promotional communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third-party KYC verification services, payment processors, and game providers only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and provide the services you have requested.

13 Termination & Account Closure

You may close your e28bdt account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any active bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days, provided your account is in good standing and KYC-verified.

e28bdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• e28bdt has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.

Where an account is closed by e28bdt due to a breach of these Terms, any balance associated with fraudulent, prohibited, or bonus-abusive activity may be forfeited in full. e28bdt will provide written notice of the reason for closure where legally permitted to do so.

14 Amendments to These Terms

e28bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will state the new effective date at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account as described in Section 13 above.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and e28bdt, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter in writing to e28bdt management. e28bdt's decision on escalated disputes, made in good faith and with reference to these Terms, will be final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law.
